我是南京大学的MBA学生，2009年春作为学校的交换生在波兹南经济大学学习一学期。在这段学习的过程中，第一次接触到《知识管理》这门课，并认识了授课老师Jan FAZLAGIĆ博士。

I am a MBA student of Nanjing University, at the Spring semester of 2009 ,as exchange student I studied in the Poznan University of Economics. During this learning process,  first time exposure to “knowledge management” course, and recognizing the teachers of the class, Dr. Jan FAZLAGIĆ.

FAZLAGIĆ博士是波兹南经济大学的助教，主要研究方向为知识型经济、知识管理。他是波兰第一位研究知识管理的学者，从事多个关于知识管理和知识教育的项目。

Dr. FAZLAGIĆ is assistant professor of Poznan University of Economics, the main research interests include knowledge-based economy, knowledge management. He was the first expert who study of knowledge management , engaged in lots prohects of knowledge management and education.

目前在国内甚至亚洲地区，开设知识管理课程和专业方向的高校屈指可数，这一方向又是未来管理与经济类学科课程中不可或许的一部分。课程内容通过对知识管理的定义，对以往不同类型劳动力的比较，并且通过实际的案例和数据详细的介绍了知识管理的发展和前景，以及如何应用知识管理获取更大的收益。所以推荐给大家去学习。

In China, even in whole Asia, only few colleges and universities creat the knowledge management courses , and this part is very important in  the future of management and economics .The course through compare the definition of knowledge management and concept of labor in the past,also through the actual cases and data to explan the development and prospects of knowledge management detailly,as well as how to use such theory to obtain more benefits.So I recommended to you to study.
