My history

Jan Fazlagić - I am a professor in management at the Poznan University of Economics in Poznan Poland. My research interests include knowledge management, Intellectual Capital, School Marketing, Service Design, Education and innovation management, Strategic Management in public sector, Entrepreneurship Education. I was a Senior Fulbright Scholar at Sam Houston University, TX, USA and Marie Curie Research Fellow at the Centre for Social Innovation ( in Vienna, Austria. I am the author of the first Polish Intellectual Capital Report in a Higher Education Institution (2004). I am an author of 18 books and over 70 research papers. I have participated in numerous research projects including Innovation Report on the Polish Pharma Sector (2012), Service Design (2013) and the national survey on the Trust in Polish business sector (2015). I am is active as a business consultant and trainer. I also support the development of European head teachers by organizing seminars and conferences aimed at improving leadership skills and marketing competences in schools. I frequently appear on Polish national media commenting on the current state of the education.
